What is delivered
A table booking at Bollywood Spices, Koti. Nothing is shipped or posted. The service itself is given at the restaurant, on the day and time you booked.
How and when
- On screen, at once: your booking code and ticket appear as soon as the booking is made, or as soon as the advance is paid.
- On WhatsApp, within minutes: a confirmation is sent to the number you gave, and a reminder the day before.
- Any time later: open it again from “Already booked?” with your code and the last 4 digits of your phone number, and download the ticket.
Didn’t receive it?
If you paid but saw no booking code, don’t pay again: write to bollywoodspicesbooking@gmail.com or call +91 98160 64164 with the payment ID from your bank or UPI app. A payment that could not become a booking is refunded under our cancellation and refund policy.
