bollywoodspicesbooking.com is run by MBS Hospitality (a partnership firm), GSTIN 02ABRFM8214E1ZD, trading as Bollywood Spices, Near Ishwar Sweets, Kalka–Shimla National Highway, Vill Koti, Post Jabli, Distt Solan, Himachal Pradesh 173220, India (“we”, “us”). By booking a table you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our cancellation and refund policy.

• A booking holds one table for the day and time you picked, for the number of guests you entered (up to the table’s seats).
• Your booking is confirmed when you see your booking code on screen. A confirmation is also sent to your WhatsApp.
• Please give your real name and a WhatsApp number you can be reached on. A booking made with false details may be cancelled.
• The table is held for the time shown when you book. Food and drinks are ordered and paid for at the restaurant, at its prices.
• Photos and 360° views show the lounges as they are, but décor, seating and the view can change with the season or the event.

Where a table asks for an advance, you pay it online to MBS Hospitality through Razorpay. The amount is shown before you pay and is deducted from your final bill. While you pay, the table is held for you for 10 minutes. Prices are in Indian rupees.

You can change the time or cancel from Already booked? with your booking code and the last 4 digits of your phone number. What happens to the advance is set out in our cancellation and refund policy.

We may have to cancel a booking ourselves, for example if the restaurant must close that day. We will tell you on WhatsApp and refund your advance in full.

Special nights can have their own price and seats, shown on the night’s page. These terms apply to them too.

• Book only for yourself or the people you are booking for, and don’t hold tables you don’t mean to use.
• Don’t try to open other people’s bookings, book with automated tools, or disrupt the site. We may refuse or cancel bookings that do.
• The site, its design, text and photos belong to MBS Hospitality or its licensors.

We do our best to keep the site working and correct, but it may sometimes be unavailable. Except where the law does not allow it, our responsibility for a booking is limited to refunding the advance you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Solan, Himachal Pradesh. Please contact us first on bollywoodspicesbooking@gmail.com or +91 98160 64164; most things are sorted out quickly.

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you book applies to that booking.
